Hello, all...I am looking at buying a 1999 Saab 9-5....Can you tell me the MAJOR difference between the Base 9-5 sedan and the SE sedan....4 cylinders ONLY..Not going for the V-6

Also, what is a fair price for the SE, 1999 with average mileage..thnx
