I don't know about Centric calipers on the 9-5 (ours still has the originals), but have had poor experiences with Centric on my 9000s.
I've had them missing parts and had bleed screws broken right out of the box. The last set I bought were rears for a 9K and the e-brake mechanism failed in under 6 months on *both* rear calipers. Returned them and got remans from AutoZone that were much better (and about the same price).
FWIW, my #1 indy won't use Centric. My #2 indy says they are OK, but his work isn't as good as the #1 shop.
