Not like regular bulbs, built/works VERY differently. However, Will go out at different times like any other Halogen bulb.
I bought 2 recently for around 90bucks total. Original GM Xenon flavor variety for our 2004 9-5 Aero Kombi.
Just keep some on hand when the flickering worsens and eventually goes dark. Don't touch the bulb with bare fingers when changing bulb/ballast. Otherwise flickering is normal, keep 'em as long as you can stand it because of the price and drive safe.
