And do not tighten, just lightly snug. When I get a new Saab, I remove the alignment screw and reset with anti-seize. I have been tempted to put in a screw with the head cut off. That will line up the bolt holes and once the wheel is torqued, the screw does not have any functional contribution.
With the broken screw, it could be ground flush and another hole drilled and tapped.
When new, one can wick some oil into the rotor/hub interface then brush anti-seize over that. With a brake job, anti seize can be applied properly. A light film on the hub face will also be useful.
With the plastic caps on the wheels, water can get in there and be trapped, causing aluminum-iron corrosion. On a set of snow wheels, I drilled holes from the centrifugal low point and installed aluminum drain tubes. Pressure washers can drive a lot of water into that cavity.
