v6 oil leak

I assumed the oil leak was from the oil filter cover thingy but once I got in there I realized that the front of the engine was dry as a bone but the back of the engine (near the firewall) was wet at least up to the starter. This '99 wagon just had the head gaskets done along with all the companion gaskets yet it seamed the valve cover gasket was leaking some just above the oil trap. Everything is snug with covers so I suspected trap was clogged as I've read. After the cleaning of the oil trap (and the small nipple was indeed seemingly clogged) I resealed the trap to the block and hoped I'd taken care of the problem. After driving it around today, I once again have a few drips. It's not horrible but I'm selling this car and I would rather this not be an issue I pass on to the new owner. The valve cover doesn't seem to be leaking (what was there could have been left over from the head job). Is there anything else back there around the started area that I'm missing that might leak? Oil pressure switch that I can't see? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
dan
