Long story short (I hope) on my 03 9-5 Arc, just had the compressor /dryer replaced (could not get the expansion valve). Now my fan is not putting out much pressure. I can set it to LO and the air that is coming out is cold, but the pressure of the air is feeble at best. My first thought was that the Cabin Air Filter was causing an issue. Nope it is clean - well appears to be very clean. The air pressure created when the Cabin Air Filter was out was not noticeably changed. Recirc door is working I can see it opening and closing. When I change the speed of the fan manually it can feel / hear it changing speed. It is like the medium low speed is now = to the high speed. Is this something to do with the change of compressor / dryer, or just bad timing and now I need a new fan speed controller.
