Take the Harbor Freight nut driver with you and see if you can figure out what the difference is.
I remember thinking to myself that I would be screwed if I didn't own a nut driver when I was using it. There is just no other way to get out that screw.
I use the 7mm and 8mm drivers all the time for the hose clamps on my 9000. The spring hose clamps on the 9-5 are supposed to be better (and cheaper) because they don't loosen up over time, but they sure are a pain to get on and off.
