Just did this Saturday on my '04 9-5 Aero. After much cursing, I removed the battery and the intake hose to gain some more room. Good thing my wife has smaller hands than I do. Hardest part is getting the electrical connector back on. Oh, and make sure the engine is cold.
I replaced the original (!) xenons with those $37/pair eBay Chinese knockoffs, since I figured that all the bulbs are made in China anyway, so how bad can they be? So far so good, and it's nice to have the lights bright again. The old lamp's arc capsules were opaque (grey) with deposits after 7 years of service.
