I'm sorry, but I drinks a bit. The 2002s had a problem with the valve body that caused a delay and a very harsh engagement usually felt going in to drive. The mount at the back of the subframe would compress when shifting in to a forward gear. Therefore that mount would not be of much concern in drive.
I don't recall ever seeing an 03 with a bad valve body, but there is a surefire test using an oil pressure guage. I don't have WIS on my home computer, but with an adapter the guage is connected to one of the taps on the driver's end of the gearbox and the pressure spikes during the delay. I have done this test and the line pressure spikes violently with a faulty valve body. If this is the problem, then many people have lived with it for a long while from what I have seen on the boards.
If that doesn't help, try me on Monday when I'm sober;)
