My 03 9-5 Aero SW is more than 1" low up front with the old struts and springs at about 104K. I didn't measure it with the new struts only, but it is still a little low (~10mm) with the spring booster that adds 1"(25.4mm) according to the manufacturer.
By Saab removing the nominal ride height tables from the WIS, we can conclude it knows something is reasonably wrong across the board. Same with increasing the maximum number of rear camber shims from one to three. I've added the documentation about this to my site. I have noting against Saab, but its engineers could and arguably should provide a fix as they are in the best position to resolve this issue caused by Saab. Others are entitled to feel differently. I'm looking for a fix, not an argument.
Do you have extra prototypes? I'd be willing to test as I'm sort of in a jamb as I'm looking for a solution now.
Have you tried other brands of springs? Or only Saab OEM?
