My legacy ramps were also too steep for the low front spoiler. But my driveway slopes downward away from the garage door, and there's an inch step at the end of the garage slab. The downward slope and step are enough.
A second idea - Not one I've done with the car ramps but the ramps to the dolly I used to have - short pieces of 2X10 to lift the front wheels up before it gets to the ramp. Works like a shallow ramp in front of the steeper ramp.
The advantage to ramps over jack stands is the stands get in the way of the big drain pan I have, especially when draining transmission fluid.
