My 2004 Aero started having the same symptoms a few years back. Then the TCS/ABS/brake warning lights started coming on while driving. Seemed to happen more during hot, dry summers. After researching on this board I sent my ABS controller out to have it looked at. Came back and I reinstalled it and everything was OK for a while then the same symptoms started again. I took the car to the dealer and with Tech 2 they diagnosed a bad wheel sensor and replaced it. Again, things were great for about a year then the warnings started popping up again. I plan on having Tech 2 hooked up again the next time I experience the warning lights and see if it's a different wheel sensor.
