They are just another dealer in Sacramento (Kuni). If it's on backorder, they will send you an email back in ~24 hrs and just cancel your order.
I ordered a couple times this summer. Almost nothing ships immediately from them. I ordered, then 5-10 business days later, they get the part from SAAB, and then ship it to you. In my case (NC) then UPS ground takes 6-7 business days. So not good for anything you want quickly.
I always got an instant order confirmation and ship confirmation w/tracking #, but did not always get an update as to time to order. If you log on their website daily you can check order status and see the flow I am describing.
