Dexcool coolant renewal on a 04 Aero

In the process of doing the 120K service and just have the coolant flush left to do. What is the recommended procedure to do on a 04 Aero with Dexcool? I have 4 jugs of Prestone GM approved Dexcool ready to go. The coolant in the overflow looks good and clean almost like its brand new but still want to change it.
Should I just drain the radiator refill and drive a few days and repeat?
