Wow. Two inches is a lot. Our '04 9-5 is down to about 585 mm on both sides (about 1.25 inches low). When I loaded the car up to take my daughter back to college it was down about three inches! It looked cool but I'm sure the geometry was really off. The rear tires I took off the car after I bought it were pretty well cupped - so that was a sign. I've only had the new tires (Cooper RS-3AS - highly recommended BTW) on for about 2,500 miles and they're wearing pretty evenly. They'll come off in about six weeks when I put on winter rims & tires.
I got OEM springs from a Swede specific local indie and Bilstein HD's from TireRack. Autoparts Warehouse was out of stock. The price from TR was only about $4 more per shock. They carry Koni too. You might check them out.
I'm surprised no one like Eibach or H & R makes Heavy Duty rear springs for the 9-5 Wagons as sagging is a pretty common issue. I had a Volvo 745T and they were available for that car. I suppose if you were flush you could have custom HD springs made up (anything is possible for a price;) If the springs were too stiff (and shocks had too much damping) I'd worry about the bushings going next.
