Handling improvement update FYI

2000 9-5 Aero, manual, 70,000 miles. I don't drive much anymore, but take it to HPDE a few times a year. I've been taking advantage of maintenance/repairs to upgrade the handling.
Initialy adjusted toe to close to 0, now back to mid-spec (0.16 degrees). Turn-in was crisper at the low end of spec, and will probably go back there.
Switched to Koni FSDs a couple of years back: Outstanding change, car was much flatter in the corners, and turn in improved.
Camber shims (rear, set at -1.3 degrees), Camber bolts front, set at -1.7 degrees (a little on the negative side of spec) - major improvement on turn-in, much sharper/crisper feel. Much faster in curves.
And finally, when I had a transmission problem, added the Quaife LSD. Now the car not only enters turns better, it actually leaves them with some oomph!
Why didn't the car come from the factory this way?
