After a previous post from last year:
http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9-5/index.html?bID=222134
I was able to drive my car for the past 10 months without incident and was never able to figure out where the oil was going. The oil consumption issue seemed to have decreased after I installed PCV-6 and I was ready to just add oil until she gave up the ghost... well instead of giving it up she seems to have created a ghost coming from the tailpipe. Two days ago the car started blowing blue/white smoke on deceleration in large quantities while driving. This may be related to the fact that the oil was slightly over-filled (probably 4 or 5oz past the upper line). The car still drives perfectly fine... accelerates fine, idles fine. Gets 34 MPG on freeway.
Here are the things I have noticed:
Pulled the plugs. They all look great. Even cylinder 4 which has lower compression than the others.
Coolant level was low. I have never seen this budge until the smoke, so believe the two are related.
Lots of oil condensate around dipstick making me think the block is being over pressurized.
Checked PCV sytem and found a small leak in the PCV tube system between TB and Turbo and fixed it. (did not effect smoke).
Drained the oil to look for any coolant/mayonnaise, did not find anything, also there isn't any oil in the coolant reservoir.

At this point I think there are a few things it could be:
Excessive blow by at ring seals (Not sure how this explains coolant level.)
Head gasket blown
Head bolts may need retorquing (it is a 2001 that falls within the specs).
Turbo may be bad. (Just replaced in Oct of 2010).

Could you guys help me out if you think you may smell the smoking gun and how to check? I have posted a video to you tube in the links below so you can see the smoke effect if it is helpful.
I would take her to the shop, but I am running massively low on funds at this point (a broken car is all I need)...
I thank you in advance. If you all think she is toast then I will put her to rest. Great car... would be so so sad if I had to do so :(
