None of the suspension geometry is altered at all with a change in wheels. All of the typically adjustable (though not necessarily adjustable on 9-5s) measurements: Caster, Camber and Toe-in are angular measurements. It doesn't matter if your wheels are 15" or 20" or have a different offset.
(note that toe used to be, and often still is given as a linear measurement and not an angle. With modern alignment equipment, this is converted to the proper angle internally)
That's not to say one tire/wheel combo will be as happy with the settings for a different tire/wheel combo, but within the limited range of usable and acceptable wheel/tire combos that you can put on a 9-5, you'll have to look very, very closely to see any difference in wear or performance over the typical lifespan of a tire. Or wear out a few sets on the racetrack with a tire engineer handy... ;-)
