'07 Aero Wagon - Rear Suspension Question

Hey everyone - after reading the posts, had yet another question about sagging suspension on the 9-5 wagon. I've got an '07 9-5 Aero Wagon w/ 70k, and my drivers rear ride height (measured from the bottom of the wheel to the sheet metal) hovers between 22.5" and 23 1/8" while my passenger side sags a bit less - pretty steady at 23.5".
I've read quite a bit about the spacers, as well as the rear shocks petering out prematurely at around 70k - however, I know that on the Dame Ednas, GM/Saab had done quite a bit to the suspension, and wasn't sure if they had done anything to the rears (beefier struts, revised geometry, etc.).
Therefore, i'm trying to figure out what my next steps should be - attack the rear end with the spacers (if so, what size?) and leave the OEM struts alone, or do the newer cars have the rear shock issues like the older ones, and should I spend the extra $200 and grab some Bilstein HD's while i'm down there?
Thanks, as always.
Chris
