Coolant was Saab Blue when the car was built. Unfortunately it appears this coolant may no longer be available. You can use BMW or Volvo coolant which are both the G-48 formula like the Saab Blue, or you can use any of the G-05 formula coolants - Zerex G05, Mercedes, etc. which are said to be fully compatible with G-48.
I believe the 2001 was built with a 4-speed automatic filled with Dexron-III fluid. Dexron-III is no longer available so you can use one of the Dexron-II equivalents (commonly labeled as MD-3 ATF) or the Dexron-VI fluid which is backward compatible with all earlier Dexron ATFs.
You should replace your full tensioner with pulley and also the center idler pulley at 120K mile intervals. Since 120K is a multiple of 60K you will also be replacing the serpentine belt and top idler at this service.
I wouldn't mess with the water pump until you start having troubles. Too often the pump replacement results in nuisance leaks later, so why tempt fate?
