2011 9-5 - Water leak under glove box on passenger side

Hello,
I recently purchased a new 2011 9-5 Turbo4 Premium.
I park in the garage most of the time, however, while it was parked outside at my workplace (and it was raining consistently outside all day), I noticed that water had been leaking on the inside, right under the glove-box, but the passenger seat's foot area. There was a small puddle there (thank god for rubber mats!), so I am guessing it was a few drops over a period of time.
I went online to research this and found a post on another Saab forum where someone else with the same car had had the same issue. As i understood it, there was a Saab-acknowledged fix for it.
I took it to the Saab dealership where I had bought it. The service manager said he had never heard of this issue before and there was "no known issue or Saab recommended fix for it, but they would look into it".
The next day they called me back saying it was fixed; they just had to "unclog the filter area". I found that strange since the car was brand new. Anyhow, it appeared to have fixed the issue so I didn't care.
Yesterday, I noticed a few drops again on the passenger side (again, it had been raining all day). This time, however, the amount of water appeared to be much less than before.
Has anyone experienced this? Do you know if this is a known issue and what specific recommendation Saab gives to fix it?
Thank you!
