I always just tighten the bolt with a long 19mm wrench and then when doing the water pump or radiator, replacing the seals at that time.
A couple of things you don't want to do as a stand alone job is those lower seals and lower radiator hose.
It is a freaking nightmare trying to get around doing it without removing major components like the cooling fan and such.
Getting a wrench down there and give it a tug is usually all it takes to stop the leak.
