Good news, 2000 V-6 moves. With a junkyard tranny replacment I needed to solder some wires. There are two White w/red stripes coming out of the NSS. I gambled and lost. I had them crossed. I switched them and the P0705 disappeared, reverse lights worked. On the first test drive, tranny shifted just fine, downshifted on demand and reverse was OK. Then at the 4 mile mark, code P0730 popped on! I reset the code with the OBD II scan tool. Vechicle still in Limp Home mode but no codes are showing. No P0705, no P0730. Just a slow run up to speed in 4th gear. Also a little reluctance in reverse. I need to shift to 3rd and then back to reverse to go backwards. Without "P" codes, I am at a loss. The junk yard tranny may be toast. If that is the case, the car is "toast". R/Ring the tranny again is out of the question. Thanks for all the inputs. PFB.
