I would not bother fault tracing the problem further after first checking for power and ground to sensor until I have installed Bosch sensors and then if the codes comes back after that, dig deeper into the problem.
I would not trust a Walker sensor if codes like that pops up.
P-0420 is most likely a failing catalytic converter. If it is original, it is due for replacement on a V6 and if it is an after market 2 year cat, it might be due as well since the V6 demands a full size high quality cat.
