Hi,
My 2004 Arc 2.3T auto (50k miles)US spec stalled without warning this morning while travelling at around 30mph. It was as if somebody had pulled out the ignition key (they hadnt). It didnt stumble or run rough, it just stopped running instantly. I re-started without problem (after the suprise) and drove to my usual shop. They didn't spot anything obvious aside from a vacuum leak which doesnt really look like the cause.
Has anyone any experience of this or what the cause could be. It seems to have run fine since.
