Both are right.... it depends on the model year. EEuro diagram is based on early model, but if you enter the year their part list indicates the correct part for each location. With my 03, front & back bushing are the same, but middle is different.
Anyway, you should consider rear bushing from 06-on, which is solid & stiffer without slots, should be more robust. I could not find one anywhere when I recently replaced all bushings (while I rebuilt the motor), so used the one from 2001 (also solid) with washers to correct the height. See attached link.

You could also fill the slot with 3M windshield sealer to add stiffness. Google it up, many doing this trick to stiffen engine mounts etc. I did this to stiffen the original AT torque arm rubber, works very nice.
