Typical in engineering. Some weenie decided to change things around and forget to tell the technical writers to update the user's manual. But the flash to pass relay is still there, I can hear it when I pull up on the headlight stalk to flash. Since relay 14 in the fuse box is for the high beam headlights, one could run a wire from the lead that powers the relay for the high beams to the power lead for the flash to pass relay. That way when the relay is powered for the high beams, it would in tandem power the relay for the flash to pass halogens. Voila! Halogens come on with the Xenon high beams. Sounds good in theory.
