if you have no missing bits, you can repair the white arm. I used fast dry 2 part epoxy and some fiberglass strands from a piece of fiberglass fabric.
first I glued the pieces back together and let it set.
Then I clean up the outer surface.
I then wound the threads around the outer circumference and used more fast setting epoxy saturating the threads.
use rubber gloves or surgical gloves. Clean up with Acetone. Makes a very strong lever that has all the original dimensions.
