Ok, so you did get it wrong when setting the limp home mode.
Probably the spring has gotten on the wrong side of the toothed wheel but I would suggest to remove the complete throttle body from the car and work with it on the bench to learn how the arm and wheel interact with each other and get the spring back at the right position.
I would not be able to show how it is done over internet since I would have to look at it and see what has happened and maybe even compare to another throttle body that is correct.
If the spring has come undone, it most likely has to be cocked again by turning it a full turn and reconnect to the arm and toothed wheel.
But removing it from car makes it a lot easier to study and figure out what went wrong. That's how I learned way back to set limp home mode since I could not figure it out when it was still mounted on the car.
Now it is a breeze since I know the procedure.
