The extras make the luxury car experience that much nicer...

Leather - standard in the '02, all models.

Stereo - people on this board have commented that the upgraded stereo is much better. I did not focus on it myself, but it is nice.

Memory seat - I find the perfect adjustment for my seat and leave it there almost forever. When someone changes it (might be the mechanic), I want to put it back exactly where it was. Or maybe on a long trip I will adjust it slightly, but want to remember the original. Memory is great.

Heated rear seat - for the back seat passengers, must have it for winter!

Mirror - the auto-dimming rear view mirror is cool. I never dimmed mine in the past, this one adjusts automatically. Nice touch. I didn't think I would like it, but now I don't know how I ever drove without it!

ESP - Haven't had a chance to try the ESP yet, but I hope it will make wet and winter driving safer.

If the extra cost is not an issue, it's worth it for the added pleasure and safety. If it's more than you wish to spend, don't worry about it, you will still enjoy the car! Around here they all come with Premium package.
