The top bolt you access before you get under the car. It looks like a bell housing bolt, 18mm. You can either get at it with a combination of extensions and a universal joint, or climb up on the radiator support and break it loose with a 3/8" ratchet and socket on it, putting the handle down near the heater valve.
From below you remove the 13mm battery cable lug and the 8mm signal wire. The bottom bolt is a 16mm. Then it comes out.
