Steering wheel centering is most likely the wheels not perfectly aligned, and will require your dealer to have it done.Unless the amount it is off by is exactly one spline on the splined shaft, the only correct way to fix is with wheel alignment. Had mine done a few weeks ago, after driving it for two weeks, and an off center wheel is my hot button on the list of little annoying things that can bug you.
Make sure you have evaluated your car's wheel position on perfectly flat road surfaces, as the natural crown in most roads will make the wheel try to follow the crown, and point away from the lower side of the road surface. Happens with all cars to some degree, but Saabs seem to be very sensitive to it.
