The code indicates that something is going on with throttle body and the mechanism might be in limp home mode now.
The only way to reset that is to reset codes first and then mechanically reset the mechanism. This can be tricky the first times around and some have actually damaged the throttle mechanism doing it the wrong way.
Adjusting any screws are not the right way to deal with this.
Also, it would be a good idea to remove the plastic tube on top of throttle and make sure it is not a build up of carbon deposit in there that might hinder the throttle mechanism.
After the code is reset and mechanism put back in order it is a matter of driving the car and see if and how fast the problem comes back.
It might be time for a new throttle body since they fail now and then.
