How cheap? I made a pressure bleeder out of a garden sprayer and a spare master cylinder reservoir cap years ago. I still still use it, but if I was doing it today, I would just buy a Motive power bleeder. $60 probably well spent.
If you already have a Mittyvac, you can use one of those to pull the fluid through on the caliper end, but I found out it is hard to tell when there are no more bubbles in the system because air enters from around the nipple.
