You will need new coolant pump o-rings.
consider
new coolant pump
new oil pressure switch
new T-stat
new exhaust manifold studs, nuts might be burned away too
engine mounts
torque mount
clutch
drain/fill trany, but cannot flush without running engine
inspect alternator brushes
remove oil pressure relief valve spring and piston, clean and inspect
some small vac lines my be brittle and break, check valve too
if using a long belt, replacing the center idler pulley would be easy
be careful with the brake booster hose to the manifold, we have seen some breaking lately
Do not install pressurized turbo hoses that have oil on the rubber or fitting, the fit needs to be dry, it is friction that holds the hose on.
Blow out oil cooler, heater core. Not sure how you can flush the rad at this point. Rad cores can hold a lot of liquid, use a shop vac to clear the cores. Inspect core from the tank side.
