break-in question

I'm planning to drive my new Aero about 700 miles next week - mostly highway. It currently has less than 500 miles on it. Having read past posts about engine break-in, in addition to watching revs and boost, people recommend not driving at the same speed for too long. What is too long? 30 minutes? Would it be OK to vary the speed between 60 and 80 (perhaps on a 30 minute cycle), or would it be better to drive on side roads every now and then? Or does it really matter? Or, would you just drive your other car?
Thanks,
Stan
