Two things to worry about back there. Toe-in and camber.
Camber will have one side of the tire or the other wearing more. Toe-in causes cupping.
There are toe-in adjusters at the front of the trailing arms. Camber adjustments need shims.
First thing you have to do is determine ride height.
The Aero has 610mm from the bottom of the wheel well opening to the bottom of the wheel where the tire starts. Other 16" wheels on non Aero is 620mm. 15" wheels us 590mm.
If the ride height is too low the camber and toe-in measurements will be greater than at normal heights. That is why people use spring spacers in the rear to bring up the ride height.
I have not idea what that kit of 2 bolts is.
The front trailing arm bushings are very soft and replacement with a poly set from Powerflex is a good idea. The upper and lower lateral arm bushings in the rear wear and cause more camber. Lots of posts on here about replacing those.
Unless you suspension mechanic really knows Saabs I would educate myself from this site. There is lots of information and posts here on Saab rear suspension.
