Well, right now I am not getting any LED at all, so either my TWICE is not 100% or there is a connection issue. I am going to clean the socket side better and see if that will help. Since the car turns over and starts and then throws a p1460, I am now thinking that the TWICE is almost, but not quite 100%. There is something that the TWICE / ECU - TWICE is not working and the ECU goes into a lock down mode. Since I am not getting the LED at all I can't tell if the ECU thinks it is locked out (double flash).
For me it is not a key / key battery problem because the can is turning over and starting. It would not do this if it did not like the key. (I think). I also do not get any message on the SID about the key.
I will be ordering a used TWICE with a key and then taking it to the dealer to mate the new TWICE and program the old keys.......
