Finally got around to this job. Not too bad. Was little worried for a while trying to get the old bushings out but plantoff instructions were great. I did NOT unbolt the shock lower bolt and had plenty of working room. After starting the use of gear puller to push out the inner bushing a little ways, I used a box cutter knife to cut the rubber connecting the inner to the outer. This made it pop out much easier with the pullers. The hardest part of the job was the sawing out of the old AL liners.
I had done the hub bushings (stay hub) a few weeks ago and didnt notice much ride difference even though the old ones looked very shot at 195k miles! So I was amazed at the improvement with the trailing arm bushings! Like a new car back there. And the old trailing arm bushings visibly looked very good.
Thanks to everyone that had to convince me to go with the Powerflex!
