2003 9-5 Arc Sedan (V6), 188K miles
Been reading on this forum about the positive battery cable issues. Given that either mechanic I use (Indy or Dealer) is going to charge a diagnostic fee to determnine if I have an issue, and my cable is the original, does it make sense to just order the part and have it installed? Believe it or not, my dealer has been great at letting me source parts and them installing given the price disparity.
I figure that there's nothing to lose given the age of the existing cable.
Any thoughts? About how many hours lablr should I expect to see to do the replacement? Its a V6, which I gather is a bigger nuisance.
Many thanks
pme
