-Belt/pulley/bearing noise when at idle, not sure if it was alternator, A/C or tension idler? Any ideas?

Should be quiet. Replace belt and all pulleys and reassess. Alternators are very difficult to remove.

-Small amount of oil dripping from head

They tend to do that. Some years (search) need updated head bolts, but many just plain drip a little oil.

-Clutch seemed to let out towards the top, is this normal? Seller claims it is the original clutch, does this sound right at 126k?

Probably the original clutch which is all but worn out.

-Turbo was replaced already, not sure why original failed

Very common for a non-Aero. The smaller turbos on the LPT are underdesigned.

-A/C needs charging he said, could it be something more substantial?

Could be anything from a leaking hose or fitting to a blown evaporator. Plan on the latter - well into the second thousand to fix.

Other than that it drove very tight and smooth.

Smooth compared to 9000s and smooth and tight compared to 900s is typical for a 9-5.

Any red flags or big stuff to be aware of around 120,000 miles?

At this age and mileage, you should expect frequent and significant repairs. Other than the clutch and a/c, as noted above, you are nearing the typical end of life for water and fuel pumps, suspension components. Electronics are always suspect - DI Cassette, ABS circuit, and so on. And make sure you always have 2 keys.
