"4-cyl w/auto rough idle in Drive while stopped" fix

Just got my Aero SW back from its 30-day service.
When I dropped it off, had service concierge note an occassionally experienced rough idle when in drive and car stopped. It seems like it has gotten better lately, but still would be experienced, engine warm or cold. It has 1,400 miles on it. He said that they'd look at it.
They installed the latest Trionic ECM reprogram, part code #24812. My drive back to work from dealer is less than one mile. I'll report again after getting a chance to put a few miles (and stoplights) on it.
The service advisor made no mention of this fix when I described the problem, maybe it just became available this afternoon, or maybe he just doesn't keep up with SAAB technical service bulletins. He told me, that the technician told him, that it would take a while for the reprogram to become complete, that it had to adapt to my driving style. Looks like it's "Sport Mode" all of the way home tonight :-)
Another thing that I had him note was that the driver's door has 3 times on me, refused to open. Well, I eventually got it opened, but it acted like the door was locked. The first 2 times, I fiddled with the lock/unlock key fob. The last time, I just pulled harder. Really odd, it usually opens very easily. He had them lube the door seal.
