Yep, Turbo / Water Pump / Head Gasket.
About the head gasket. It is known that there have been issues with the head bolts. A cheap test is to purchase replacement head bolts and replace the current ones with new ones and bring to torque spec (and maybe a little bit over). It will cost about $35-$50 for the bolts and if you do it yourself, no other costs. Have to remove the valve cover and do the job.
Worst case it is a really bad head gasket (have to purchase another set of head bolts to do the job).
Medium case it is something else and this should be done anyway.
Best case it fixes the problem.
Also perform a turbo test. Remove the cobra intake metal air pipe to the turbo. Grab the turbo spinner at the center and check for end play (in and out). If even more then just a little bit (I tend to replace if there is any) turbo will need to be replaced anyway. If you got 130k out of an LPT turbo that is pretty good.
