What they don't explain though is how they deal with the black buttons and the one way barb on the clear plastic tower that rips the black button when you try to pry it off.

I haven't found a way to gently pry off the buttons without ripping a piece off that later makes them just loosely stay in place again when you put it back together.

The barb on the clear plastic piece works very well when smacking the new window switch together at the factory but is not friendly when you try to take it apart again.

They also don't mention when the plastic spring loaded toggle that acts on the metal bridge has melted to a stump due to the high heat and can't activate the teeter totter again.
