Although there are exceptions nearly all parts are now available.
Your Owner's Manual has a detailed list of everything that should be changed at the 60K mile point. Basically it is all fluids and filters.
Coolant (include thermostat, temp sensor, and upper radiator hose if not already done)
Brake Fluid (inspect rotors and pads too)
Power Steering Fluid
Engine air filter
Cabin Filter (if not already done)
Fuel Filter (I can't remember at what year Saab eliminated the separate filter so you might not be able to change this)
Engine oil and filter (but you already do this)
Inspect all suspension and steering components for visible signs of wear)
Spark plugs (if not already done)
