9189564 is the number on the valve so it should be fine, but regardless, I swapped in a used one I had handy. There's plenty of oil crud near the PCV valve so it's been leaking for some time.
Could a bad PCV valve cause fumes? Force oil out of the hose connected to the fill pipe?
The PCV#6 hoses don't look too bad so my guess is these are fine other than perhaps the hose going to the fill pipe that seems loose enough to want to pop off. Can I help this stay on somehow or should I get another one? Is it available by itself?
As for the fumes from way up front roughly below the radiator hose, I'm not sure where that fluid is coming from. It could be transmission fluid I guess. Would vaporizing tranny fluid look different than oil?
