Main Bearing Caps:
15 ft lbs + 70 (I assume the WIS means to turn another 70 degrees after reaching 15 ft-lbs but no units are listed)
Con Rod Caps:
Different engines use different fasteners
Nuts = 15 ft lbs + 70
Bolts = 18 ft lbs + 100
