Dealer in Detroit area did this for me. Fresh 3309 fluid solved the sloppy upshifting issue where the engine speed seemed to flare during the shift. Now this issue.
I'll install the new torque bar, and inspect the under battery mount when I have the battery removed to elimintae the Coolant By-Pass Valve, and replace the temp sensor/thermostat/upper radiator hose.
