This looped part seems to hang low on the front on my 2001. There is a rubber pad that sits on the chassis to the passenger side so I guess this is correct, but there's also a lot of play in that the part can be moved up. If it's correct, should I zip tie this to the chassis so it doesn't move about excessively.
