I kind of doubt it. My 2004 wagon still has occasional TCS/ABS warnings even after I sent the unit to reman. After reinstall and return of symptoms, I tried cleaning the ABS unit electrical connector plug with a spray contact cleaner and thought that did the trick until symptoms returned later. A member here suggested looking at the wires where they run under the rear seats but I haven't yet started tearing up the carpet to look. My symptoms seem to happen only during the hot summers here and almost never in the winter which should indicate a loss of signal due to increased resistance in the wire(s) coming from the wheel sensors due to possible bad connection or corrosion along the way due to heat. But let us know if your fuse fix helps in the long term.
